At Sipology, we want you to love every brew; however, due to the perishable nature of our artisanal teas and coffee, we can only accept returns on unopened items or damaged hardware within 30 days of purchase.

Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to send the package back to our distribution center.
